Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation and/or growth roles (bonus points if you’ve worked in SaaS or HR Tech)
- Experienced in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels (paid, organic, email, offline) and collaborating with digital marketing agencies
- Comfortable with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems, and Google Analytics
- Ready to leverage your existing B2B expertise to generate a qualified pipeline for our sales team, while being open to running some early experiments to target B2C audiences

What the job involves
- As our second US marketing hire, you’ll report to the US Head of Marketing and take the lead on key initiatives, both strategic and operational. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Growth Hacking: This is a build-from-scratch role, where you’ll flex your creativity to develop innovative tactics that connect with HR leaders and job seekers in New York (and beyond!)
- Launching Campaigns That Stand Out: Take the lead on promoting our standout content—think bold videos and playful campaigns. You’ll own the multi-channel distribution strategy to make sure this content reaches the right audiences and drives key metrics
- B2B Demand Generation (75%): Lead efforts to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline for our sales team by targeting HR leaders at innovative tech companies
- B2C Growth Campaigns (25%): Design and refine campaigns that attract and inspire candidates who want more from their job search—and help them land their dream role
- Build from scratch: you’ll shape our marketing strategy in the US, with the support of a talented team of marketers and editorial experts
- Join a growing company: be part of a small but ambitious New York based team (5 - 6 people) expanding into the US, with a global network of 350+ colleagues 🌍

- Skills Based Interview with the Hiring Manager (60 mins). Ahead of this, we will ask you to prepare a brief task to discuss together
- Final Round Interviews, based on our values and ways of working (2 conversations, 45 mins each)
