Email Executive, Pangaia

• You are a highly organised strong multi tasker who thrives in a fast paced, start-up environment
• You ideally have experience in campaign co-ordination either from an agency or in-house background, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle or tech sectors - and will be keen to explore and test what is possible in the digital space in the form of automation and personalisation as well as traditional email marketing
• Previous experience of CRM and/or email campaign experience including day to day use of ESP tool (experience with Ometria an advantage)
• Experience of proofing creative to a high standard and testing digital campaigns
• Great attention to detail, excellent organisation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Awareness of GDPR and data handling best practice
• Good communication skills, motivated, able to multi-task with multiple deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Desirable

• Help deliver CRM strategy through email & SMS communications
• Support website conversion through the use of customer data segmentation and targeted email campaigns
• You will translate and coordinate the marketing calendar into clear email briefs in order to build engaging branded campaigns and highly optimised, mobile friendly templates
• Recognise opportunities within email & SMS engagement data
• You will coordinate with the e-commerce and marketing team on customer journey adhering to best practice principles and always adopting a customer first mentality
• You will work alongside performance marketing and data teams to build a 360 understanding of our customer database and key segments within it
• You will monitor and report on email performance and highlight trends in customer behavior
• You will work alongside the CRM manager to build out a robust segmentation strategy that aligns with both customer behavior and business objectives
• You will set up emails in the ESP and build and maintain all email flows
• You will be responsible for testing, obtaining sign off and scheduling of all of email campaigns
• Maintain and be first point of contact for our third- party partners and manage migrations where necessary according to strategy
• Be able to execute and ideate A/B and MVT testing on the CRM channels where applicable
• You will analyze & report on data and performance metrics ready to present to the wider team with actionable insights
• General support to the wider marketing team
