• You’ll take ownership for a range of daily operations as well as strategic initiatives that shape our culture and foster engagement. This is an opportunity to scale existing processes while introducing innovative ideas to support our growing team
• People Operations: Defining our global people operations strategy and overseeing daily operational processes, including Payroll and total rewards
• Collaboration: You will partner with the global People team, including Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and IT Administration
• Process Optimization: Your focus will be on improving and optimizing operational efficiency, with an emphasis on reviewing and refining core HR systems
• Compliance: You will also manage regulations across global entities and serve as the primary point of contact for all operational matters
• Employee relations: manage employee experience, develop and implement employee policies, strategies and programs
