Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in copywriting, branding, or advertising, including work with creative agencies or in-house teams
- A portfolio showcasing a track record of writing that elevates brands through engaging, strategic storytelling across multiple platforms
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling, and relatable copy for diverse audiences, particularly in the B2B tech space
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to stakeholders across the organization
- A deep understanding of how to adapt messaging for different formats, from long-form thought leadership content to short, impactful headlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience working on global brands, demonstrating an understanding of cultural nuance and audience-specific messaging
- A strong grasp of emerging technologies, including AI, and how they shape brand storytelling
- You are a conceptual thinker with a strong command of language, capable of developing copy that is strategic, human, and engaging
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity meets business objectives, and you can confidently execute ideas from concept to final delivery

- As a Senior Brand Copywriter, you will play a key role in shaping and refining the voice of AlphaSense, bringing creative storytelling to life across multiple touchpoints
- From product messaging to brand campaigns, you will craft compelling narratives that drive excitement around AlphaSense’s products while deepening engagement with our audience
- Whether writing for advertising, social media, web, or events, you understand how to adapt your tone while staying true to brand guidelines
- This role will require you to respond to creative briefs, develop original ideas, and present your work with clarity and organization
- You should be comfortable receiving and implementing feedback, iterating on concepts, and collaborating across departments to create best-in-class brand communications
- Craft and refine the verbal voice and tone of AlphaSense across all brand communications, ensuring consistency and impact
- Develop engaging copy for marketing campaigns, social media, web, video scripts, product messaging, and brand activations
- Lead concept development and storytelling for high-profile brand initiatives, working closely with designers, strategists, and marketers
- Write compelling, human-centered messaging that makes complex topics accessible and resonates with our target audience
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to bring creative ideas to life through advertising, thought leadership, and experiential content
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure voice and tone consistency across all platforms
- Present creative ideas and messaging strategies with confidence, incorporating feedback to refine and strengthen concepts
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously elevating AlphaSense’s brand storytelling

Manual research can be a serious pain : financial analysts spend hours every week searching through PDFs one keyword at a time, just to find a single usable insight. To remedy this, AlphaSense has built a smart search engine that slashes research time for analysts, using thousands of sources and a semantic indexing layer that can effectively query finance-specific language.
As a disruptor and market leader in this field AlphaSense has few direct competitors, being most closely compared to Wolfram Alpha or LexisNexis. It helps that its tools are undoubtedly effective and valued by knowledge professionals: the company counts about 85% of the S&P 100 as customers and is trusted by J.P.Morgan, Microsoft, Credit Suisse and Google, among other major enterprises.
Having raised a large amount of funding over 2022 and 2023, AlphaSense has moved quickly to double down on its expansion in European markets, opening an office in Berlin to support this. With 2024 seeing investment from Singaporean EDBI, it is now setting its sights on the Asia-Pacific region. As business intelligence will remain key for enterprises as they compete for market share, AlphaSense is well-placed for additional future growth.
