Analytical and Automation Solutions Lead, Bread Financial

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 8 - 10 years of experience designing and leading analytical and automation solutions across multiple use cases or domains
• Experience includes evaluating solution approaches across analytics, automation (RPA/workflows), and AI/ML techniques (e.g., predictive models, NLP)
• Demonstrated experience leading requirements, guiding implementation, and integrating multiple capabilities into scalable solutions
• Working knowledge of GenAI applications (LLM-based solutions, automation augmentation) is expected. Recognized as a technical lead across multiple use cases
