Who you are
- 4–8 years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or marketing automation (fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
- Strong fluency in SQL and AMPscript; working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML & CSS
- Experience connecting and activating data from multiple systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud, CDPs, or data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) to marketing platforms
- Analytical mindset with comfort testing, iterating, and measuring marketing performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and curiosity around emerging technologies and tools
What the job involves
- Enova is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Associate to build, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and other digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical marketer who’s passionate about customer engagement and eager to deepen their expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Oracle Responsys, and the broader martech stack
- You’ll be responsible for day-to-day campaign execution, audience segmentation, and performance optimization with the opportunity to grow into broader platform ownership and customer experience architecture. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Tech, and Creative to translate business goals into scalable campaigns and connected customer journeys
- As a power user and SFMC admin, you’ll drive personalization at scale, lead high-impact lifecycle initiatives, and play a key role in how we engage and retain small business customers
- Build and launch email and SMS campaigns and journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Oracle Responsys, and other martech tools
- Use dynamic content and customer data to personalize messaging based on behavior, product usage, and lifecycle stage
- Support campaign QA and UAT to ensure accurate, on-brand execution across channels and devices
- Write SQL queries to build and maintain audience segments across lifecycle stages
- Implement AMPscript and other personalization languages to drive dynamic experiences
- Maintain segmentation logic to ensure audience accuracy, compliance, and scale
- Evaluate and help integrate new tools to enhance automation, personalization, and compliance
- Help build repeatable campaign templates and automation frameworks to scale lifecycle programs
- Ensure all programs meet deliverability and legal standards (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.)
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across the customer journey
- Track key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, retention) and drive data-informed optimizations
- Document test results and share learnings to inform future strategy

Providing customers with quick access to credit is important for fintech companies to survive in today's financial landscape of open banking, but this is made difficult by high credit rejection rates from banks. However, these decisions are generally made by human assessments of data, which are limited due to the complexity of the modern financial landscape. AI-driven solutions, able to analyse vast amounts of data almost instantly to derive accurate credit risk assessments, present room for improvement in the lending industry.
Enova provides a platform called Colossus that leverages AI and machine learning-enabled analytics to provide businesses and individuals with fast, reliable, and trustworthy credit. The company achieves this by partnering with banks and sharing its data analysis solutions, helping to identify credit opportunities when they would otherwise be missed. There is definitely a market for its product: over 15M customers have funded almost $70B through the platform to date.
Enova has grown strongly in recent years based on the rapid uptake of its product. As the macroeconomic climate remains volatile, businesses will become increasingly reliant on Enova's AI-based solutions to help them manage credit risk and navigate a complex lending environment.
