Who you are
- Financial & Analytical Expertise: Hands-on experience with company financials, KPIs, and market analysis. You turn complex data into actionable insights

- Educational Background: University degree (MSc/BSc) in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Statistics) or a business degree from a top-tier business school
- Professional Experience: 2–4 years in financial/business analysis roles in demanding settings such as investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or high-growth tech companies
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus

- Scout & Strategize: Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential M&A targets across the EdTech landscape
- Shape the Plan: Collaborate on defining Sdui’s strategic M&A objectives and translate them into actionable insights
- Build the Case: Own financial modeling and business case development to support acquisition decisions
- Drive Deals: Lead due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Document & Deliver: Convert complex analysis into clear, actionable deal documentation and recommendations
- Present & Influence: Communicate findings confidently to the Director and C-Level executives, making your insights count
