Who you are
- 2–4+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on driving expansion and growth within existing accounts
- Proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and developing growth strategies in software/SaaS

What the job involves
- As an Account Manager, you will own a book of existing business and be responsible for driving revenue through cross-sell, upsell, and expansion motions
- You will proactively identify growth opportunities, engage key stakeholders, and execute strategic plays to expand our presence and impact within your accounts. This is not a role for order-takers. We need builders. People who thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and want to leave their mark as we scale from disruptor to global category leader
- You will partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while growing your accounts in a scalable, repeatable way
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers across Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships and uncover whitespace to expand product usage
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer priorities and evolving needs
- Lead commercial conversations and negotiate renewals and expansions
- Own the full renewal cycle end-to-end, including proactive renewal planning, commercial alignment, risk mitigation, and securing long-term agreements that drive retention and net revenue growth
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure strong adoption and measurable value realization
- Surface customer insights and expansion blockers to help shape product and go-to-market strategies
- Deliver accurate expansion forecasts and consistently exceed growth targets

Our take
With data having become a commodity in and of itself, infrastructure must be enforced so as to validate and contextualize it. Datasnipper does just that with its automated data validation platform for auditors.
Repetitive manual work in auditing means decreased efficiency and slower results. Auditors must reconcile data by cross-referencing it with that of older systems, verifying this data with documentation such as invoices, bank statements and previous contracts. Datasnipper’s platform uses intelligent automation that translates these documents directly into Excel spreadsheets, helping auditors make informed decisions at a faster rate.
Initially launched from Bootstrap, Datasnipper has successfully raised to Series B and has had a strong few years since. It doubled its revenue and customer base and reached Unicorn Status, indicating the auditing industry’s embrace of AI as a tool.
On top of this success, it recently announced a collaboration with Microsoft to bring AI agents into audit and finance workflows. The moves goes beyong incremental automation, positioning AI as a digital teammate embedded directly into everyday tools like Excel.
