Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing software products; experience in fintech is a plus
- Track record of ability to create delightful user experiences through launching and iterating products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think strategically with a commitment to excellence in every detail
- Self-starter with a bias for action, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving projects forward proactively
- Proficiency in using data to measure product changes impact on customer outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, translating them into impactful product features
- Proven success working across diverse teams, including engineering, design, revenue and service
- Familiarity with spend management platforms, card products, and the payments ecosystem

- As the Rho Spend Management Product Manager, you will leverage customer and market insights to define the product roadmap for employee spending experiences
- You will share these decisions across the organization, align cross-functional teams, and take ownership of the outcomes delivered by your dedicated product squad
- Your role will be pivotal in bringing simple and powerful experiences to life, ensuring our product continues to stand out in a competitive landscape
- You will report to our Product leader at Rho.alignment across exec team
- Lead the end-to-end development of Rho’s cardholder spend experiences from strategic vision through execution
- Set and maintain a strong customer outcome orientation across the product squad and organization, ensuring empathy drives all aspects of product development
- Translate customer insights and market research into product requirements, prioritizing features that deliver maximum value to users
- Design, implement, and analyze product experiments to iterate and improve the spend management experience continually
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions, track performance metrics, and make strategic adjustments as needed
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure Rho's spend management solutions remain competitive
- Build strong relationships across the organization, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes shared ownership of product outcomes
- Clearly convey product strategies, updates, and insights to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment
Our take
Rho was founded to address the growing need among small and medium-sized businesses for a unified solution to manage corporate spending and cash flow. Aiming to serve companies with 30 to 500 employees, Rho designed its platform to create seamless workflows across banking, corporate cards, and accounts payable.
The company introduced Rho AP, an accounts payable product, followed by a corporate card in partnership with Sterling Bank, enhancing its offering for businesses looking for efficiency in managing financial operations. With a clear focus on product strategy and growth, Rho has been expanding its team and integrating AI capabilities into its platform to stay ahead of the evolving fintech landscape.
