Who you are

2-3+ years in customer success, preferably in SaaS

What the job involves

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients
You will travel to meet clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform, track client health metrics, identify potential risks, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive customer success
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction
Conduct initial onboarding of clients, providing pre-requisites and enabling their integration with our platform
Conduct regular check-ins (Quarterly Business Reviews) with clients to review their progress and provide product updates
Provide ongoing support to resolve any issues and suggest improvements to workflows
Work closely with the product team to ensure customer feedback is integrated into the platform
Track retention and churn metrics to identify potential risks and address them proactively

Our take

As the rise of artificial intelligence makes for more and more sophisticated cyberattacks, Jericho Security hopes to help businesses become more resilient, and decrease their vulnerability to AI.

It does this with its own generative AI, CyberGPT, that simulates these types of attack so that teams can learn how to prevent serious breaches and create new and better defences.

Its certainly an intriguing concept, and the proposition has earned Jericho an injection of pre-seed funding to the tune of $3 million. This will be used to build out the platform, working with design partners across finance, healthcare, and government sectors.
