Role
Who you are
- Bachelor/Master degree
- At least +1 years of experience in inside sales
- A commercial mindset, with aptitude for technics
- Willing to travel in France regions - Up to 50% of time on the road to meet our partners, installers ,monitor deployments on the road
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French AND English
- Proactivity and commitment to achieve outstanding operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Dynamic team player eager to learn and hands-on mentality
- Outgoing personality with ability to build strong professional networks
- Willingness to quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of the EV sector and our solutions
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus (Salesforce is better)
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a dedicated Business Development Representative - inside sales who will be on the front line handling the French Market
- You will focus on sales activities within the French Market. You will work from our office in Paris and you will report to the Country Director France
- Business Development:
- Support lead generation, account development and relationship management
- Develop new customers and new initiatives for existing customers
- Build strong and lasting relationships with partners and customers and keep client knowledge up-to-date
- Participate in Marketing activities: trade fairs, roadshow to meet our customers and develop contacts
- Sales Activities:
- Develop and maintain a customer and prospect database
- Anticipate on market developments from a commercial point of view
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
- Identify new sales prospects, follow up on the leads and draw up quotes
- Prepare presentations, proposals and roll out sales contracts
- Respond to and follow up on sales and information enquiries by email, phone and through personal visits
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
