Role
Who you are
- Previous role in a customer-facing or community management position
- Highly motivated and able to deliver on programme KPIs and manage partner expectations
- Able to triage obligations and prioritise tasks
- Highly organised and focused, with great attention to detail
- Collaborative team player, with strong time management and organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Competent in full MS Office and CRM systems
- Able to think creatively to solve problems
- Able to respond efficiently to partners and members
Desirable
- Knowledge of Freshdesk or a similar ticketing system
- Experience using Power BI
What the job involves
- Sitting within the community and marketing team, the customer support specialist will provide support to a range of members varying from start-ups and small business owners, through to mentors and business advisers
- Our ideal candidate is experienced in customer support, has strong attention to detail and can communicate technical details to external and internal stakeholders in a clear and professional manner. They are passionate about small business, have strong interpersonal skills, and have experience working in a customer-facing role before
- Support members that take part in corporate-backed programmes and the Government’s Help to Grow: Management course by answering queries through the support inboxes and live chat
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for a range of different members. Actively encouraging engagement with the platform and adopting certain features to help them meet their goals
- Own administration processes within our CRM database, including making accurate contact record changes and marketing update requests
- Onboard and engage members, including placing introductory calls to solve queries, assist with optimising profiles, and signposting to wider opportunities
- Leverage data and analytics to personalise member outreach and onboarding experiences
- Identify and engage with members who can share their knowledge at Enterprise Nation and partner events and workshops
- Work closely with the platform and engineering team to ensure user journeys effectively connect members swiftly with a relevant support offering
- Produce and manage a monthly newsletter and other content mechanisms (ie webinars) to inform, educate and provide value to members
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower self-service
