Role
Who you are
- You have 3-5 years’ experience at leading a commercial/sales team ideally in a regulated environment:
- Driving commercial success
- Managing a team to deliver against monthly commercial targets
- Call Centre management
- Coaching, developing and recruiting team members
- Improving operational processes and increasing efficiencies
- Creating a first-class customer experience
- Compliance monitoring and adherence

What the job involves
- Currently composed of 6 team members, the team is responsible for accompanying customers through the application process and the funding journey with lenders
- The team directly contributes to the commercial success of the platform, and as a result it has commercial targets
- You will be a motivational, experienced, and driven team leader and will manage the Business Finance Specialist team
- You will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the team, as well as expanding the team over time
- You are accountable for and will drive and manage the team to reach monthly targets
- You will drive incremental improvements in targets through diligent operational management
- You will focus on the key KPI’s that deliver a first class team performance and commercial results
- You will need to understand data, and how to interpret the advanced data insights into operational actions to drive performance
- You will bring your experience and skills to ensure a first-class customer experience. It is of core importance that our customers feel supported and understood throughout their lending journey with FundingXchange. The quality of interactions is of utmost importance to all at FXE Technologies
- You will be accountable for ensuring the team are acting compliantly. We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and therefore management of compliance in the BFS team is critical to reputational and commercial success
