• We are looking for an experienced Strategic Initiatives, Senior Associate to join the Global Strategic Initiatives and Readiness Team at Snap
• In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic projects and initiatives that align with Snapchat's business objectives and vision
• You will partner closely with Ads Monetization Leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive the business and our ambitious goals forward
• Analyze & Strategize: Develop quantitative and qualitative insights and ​​translate them into actionable business recommendations for cross functional partners and senior leadership
• Project Management: Lead the execution of strategic projects, from early stage ideas to implementation
• Lead and collaborate: Work closely with business units and core ads monetization functions (e.g. Product, Marketing, Sales…) to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Coordinate, operationalize and drive execution of projects
