Lead MDM Product Manager, Knowde

• The ideal candidate will have experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM), possess strong technical understanding and great communication skills, and excel in cross-functional collaboration
• We need a technically minded, experienced PM with lots of zero-to-one experience who knows how to add net new features to an existing product platform

• Demonstrated MDM or PIM experience, preferably with experience working with industrial customers (manufacturing, chemicals, etc)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a tech startup environment
• Strong technical background, with experience in software development or engineering
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Familiarity with modern web technologies and platforms (e.g., cloud services, APIs, microservices)

• We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our existing MDM Product team
• In this role, you will help lead and manage our Chemical Industry Master Data Management product offering
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the MDM product offering
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch support
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products
• Act as a point of contact between stakeholders and the development team
• Work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features
• Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product
