Role
Who you are
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing captivating user experiences for web and mobile applications across various platforms
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI designer (mobile experience a plus), with a track record of delivering innovative and successful design solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to balance user needs with business goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, with the ability to articulate design rationale and decisions effectively to cross-functional teams
- Experience collaborating with developers to implement designs, with a working knowledge of front-end development principles
- Familiarity with design systems, usability testing, and user research methodologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant design-related field or equivalent working experience
- Experience working with Internet of Things (IoT) devices/products preferred
- Startup experience is a plus

- In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and go to market teams to transform visionary concepts into captivating, user-centered designs that resonate with a diverse range of users across devices and platforms
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to execution, to create exceptional user interfaces that align with our brand and product vision
- Apply a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points to craft intuitive and accessible design solutions that elevate user experiences across mobile and web interfaces
- Collaborate with leadership, product managers, engineers, go to market teams, and customers to gather insights, analyze user feedback, and translate data into actionable design improvements
- Create sketches, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications that effectively communicate your design concepts to development teams and stakeholders
- Champion design process, consistently communicating and educating on best practices, maintaining design systems that ensure a unified visual language and seamless user interactions across all platforms
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, proactively integrating them into your design approach across information architecture, interaction design, UX research, and UI design
- Work closely with the UX design team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence
