Who you are

We’re looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join our Team. If you enjoy building and maintaining secure, scalable systems, supporting colleagues with technical solutions, and integrating tools to improve workflows - this is the role for you
Hands-on IT operations experience, including system management, troubleshooting, and user support with Macbooks / MacOS
A proactive approach to automation and integration, with scripting skills and a desire to simplify workflows
Strong awareness of IT security, including data protection, access control, and endpoint safety
Clear communicator and collaborator, empathetic and comfortable working across teams and explaining technical concepts
Fluent in English (German is a plus)

What the job involves

Ensure smooth and secure IT operations by monitoring system performance, maintaining hardware and infrastructure
Implement and maintain security best practices for all IT systems, in close cooperation with the Information Security Officer
Manage secure onboarding and offboarding processes, provisioning user access and devices across our core IT stack: Okta, Jamf Pro, Jira, Slack, Slite, SentinelOne, and Unifi
Maintain and support office IT infrastructure, including network setup, WiFi, and meeting room hardware, to ensure a seamless hybrid work experience
Provide advanced technical support for complex IT issues, acting as a reliable partner to internal teams
Design and maintain integrations between systems to simplify operations and reduce manual effort
Drive automation using platforms like n8n.io, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini to improve IT workflows
Monitor and track IT spend using tools like Spendbase, helping optimize costs across departments
