Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Talent & People Associate who will drive our headcount expansion and support the development of our teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in a startup-like environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for enabling people and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
What the job involves
- The Enablement team includes our People, Operations and Talent teams
- This role reports to our Senior People Manager
- This role allows you to have an impact as a lead for both commercial and non-commercial roles in the tech industry, hiring talent and working alongside managers and heads of departments
- You will help shape the future of the talent management function and actively participate in headcount planning
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels
- Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving talent attraction and improving our candidates' experiences
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage the entire hiring process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including orientation and training
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development and employee engagement programs
- Assist with office administration tasks, such as maintaining office supplies and equipment, event and travel coordination
