• Experience in a Services Delivery role (or similar capacity) dealing with complex, technical implementation projects
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills at the account level in providing visibility, service reviews and reporting through all phases of the implementation lifecycle. You will work hand-in-hand with senior stakeholders on opportunities to improve our service and delivery
• Work with key stakeholders to implement and lead best practices for technical implementation strategy, architecture discussions, and solution advocacy in highly competitive customer environments
• Previously designed and deployed performant end-to-end data architectures, where you will take ownership of all delivery of services from a project administration and leadership perspective across numerous concurrent projects ranging from a single individual for 2-3 weeks to 6-month engagements of multi-person teams
