Who you are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Bachelor/Master level)
- Bilingual or fluent in French and English
- Organized, reliable, and eager to learn—you're the kind of person who spots issues before they happen
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, etc.) and quick to adapt to new tools

- We’re looking for a proactive and curious intern to join our People Team at our logistics hub in Marly-la-Ville

- As an HR Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our workforce operations
- From shift planning to onboarding and payroll coordination, you’ll be at the frontline of day-to-day HR processes
- You’ll work closely with our on-site teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient people operations—every single day

- You’ll work closely with teams across operations, recruitment, and payroll—gaining a holistic view of HR in a scale-up context
- Whether it’s helping prepare contracts, organizing onboarding sessions, or collecting data for payroll, your role will touch every part of our employee experience
- Support weekly planning for temp and student workers
- Help prepare employment contracts and process DPAEs
- Coordinate on-site onboarding (badges, access, welcome sessions)
- Track working hours and support payroll processes
- Assist with disciplinary documentation and follow-ups
- Maintain and update HR databases and tools
- Participate in recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews
- Contribute to continuous improvements in people operations

Hive’s Warehouse Management System works in tandem with its Transport Management System to organise and economise the operations of eCommerce businesses. Importantly, its network of solutions means that users can give their customers an accurate delivery date from the moment of purchase online. This leads to a better experience that can help foster loyalty and support repeat purchases.
This is an attractive proposition, especially as eCommerce begins to take over from the high street and consumer expectations continue to rise. Investors have recognised this potential in Hive, which intends to use its latest funding round to accelerate growth and product development, with the aim to reach profitability by 2025.
