Who you are
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the B2B software industry, partner ecosystems, and enterprise sales dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, with a focus on enterprise sales in the B2B software industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies on a global scale
- Deep understanding of the B2B software ecosystem, including cloud computing, SaaS, and enterprise software solutions
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Experience managing global budgets and driving ROI from marketing investments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results
What the job involves
- WEKA is looking for a Senior Director of Global Partner Marketing who will lead the development and execution of partner marketing strategies to support enterprise sales growth
- The ideal candidate will lead a team of partner marketers to build and nurture relationships with global partners, create joint marketing programs, and drive revenue through collaborative marketing initiatives
- You will be tightly aligned to the field sales, regional field marketing and partner teams to continually evaluate against quarterly revenue and pipeline goals and ensure positive contributions are being made to develop new business pipelines through our partner channels
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy aligned with WEKA’s enterprise sales goals
- Identify and prioritize key global partners and build strategic relationships to drive joint marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies with partners
- Design and implement co-marketing programs that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition
- Develop and manage joint marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, digital marketing, and content creation
- Ensure alignment between partner marketing activities and WEKA’s overall marketing and sales objectives
- Create and deliver partner enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively market and sell the company’s solutions
- Develop and maintain partner marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, and presentations
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of partner marketing initiatives and report on performance to senior management
- Analyze campaign results and partner performance data to optimize strategies and tactics
- Regularly communicate partner marketing results and insights to internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the sales, product marketing, and global campaign marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams to tailor global partner marketing programs to local markets
- Foster a culture of collaboration and alignment across teams to maximize the impact of partner marketing efforts
- Manage and mentor a team of partner marketers to drive success across segments and initiatives
- Manage the global partner marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Negotiate joint marketing investments with partners and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines

Many studios and artists are struggling to get their products to market quickly enough, Often, the infrastructure they use is unintuitive and obstructs their work, instead of enhancing it. WEKA provides the Arch Platform, a machine learning/AI solution for managing cloud-based studios for content creation. It is already being used by major Hollywood studios and can take the post-production time from days to minutes.
The platform uses AWS to enable studios of any size to manage project permissions and access a virtual workstation, storage capabilities, and licensing servers. The company has brought everything together and offers support for both Windows and Linux, along with data encryption, backup and recovery, and cloud-bursting for companies that are taking off.
WEKA has a few notable competitors, such as RapidMiner which provides cloud storage and the ability to work on ETL processes, but has stood out thus far by being delivering the fastest file system on the market. The company has also raised considerable funding that will support its accelerated expansion, as well as launching a Sustainable AI Initiative that aims to draw attention to the rapid growth in global data center energy consumption and carbon emissions.
