Who you are
- A minimum of 10 years in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in driving revenue and customer growth through effective product marketing
- Experience in B2B software or technology sectors
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and development processes
- Strong background in market research and competitive analysis
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
- Ideally experience in the accountancy software industry, or wider fintech

- We’re looking for a global VP of Product Marketing to lead the strategic direction and execution of our product marketing efforts
- This pivotal role will drive product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement, directly contributing to revenue growth and product adoption
- You'll be leading a talented team of product marketers to shape Dext’s market presence, collaborating across functions to launch and promote products that resonate with our target audience

- As VP of Product Marketing at Dext, you'll drive our product strategy, positioning, and market impact
- Reporting to the CMO, you'll shape and execute marketing strategies to boost product adoption, revenue growth, and customer retention
- Leading a skilled product marketing team, you'll develop compelling messaging, drive go-to-market plans, and work closely across teams to ensure seamless alignment with product, sales, and marketing
- Your role will be essential in conducting market research, analysing trends, and using insights to keep Dext products customer-focused and market-leading
- Strategic Product Marketing - Lead strategies that increase adoption, growth, and market share

Our take
Dext was the first software company to automatically process information from uploaded images of receipts and invoices, cutting down the time lost to manually sorting them.
There's a good in-built virality for this kind of business, with accountants recommending the product to their customers as it makes both of their lives easier.
Dext has made several key hires to continue its growth trajectory, including a new CEO, CPO and Technology Officer. It will be important for them to continue to stay at the forefront of the technology, add on more useful features and continue forging partnerships with accountancy companies to stay ahead of the competition.
