Marketing, CoachHub

• Native or fluent German speaker with excellent English (mandatory – our company language). Other European languages are a plus
• Currently enrolled at university, ideally studying Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Genuine interest in marketing with first practical experience (ideally B2B)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently and proactively, while enjoying teamwork
• Data-driven mindset and attention to detail
• Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
• Based in Berlin or nearby

• The DACH region is CoachHub’s biggest market, and we’re now looking for a motivated Marketing Working Student (f/m/d) to join our Berlin office and support the team in accelerating growth
• As a Marketing Working Student, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities
• Support our marketing team in planning and executing campaigns, creating assets, and localising global content
• Write engaging copy for campaigns, emails, newsletters, and social media
• Assist in the organisation of events: trade shows, HR conventions, and CoachHub-hosted activities
• Support client marketing initiatives such as video recordings, content partnerships, and keynote preparation
• Work closely with Sales and Client Success to ensure alignment and lead follow-up
• Track and report on campaign activities to measure impact and results
