What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Director of Product, Growth to be part of our Product Growth department
  • Reporting to the SVP of Product, the Director of Product, Growth will play a pivotal role in driving Jobber’s next phase of growth
  • In this role, you’ll lead a talented team of product managers dedicated to accelerating customer acquisition, deepening product adoption, and strengthening customer retention and expansion through innovative, high-impact product experiences
  • This is your opportunity to shape and scale a team whose work directly improves the lives, businesses, and success of thousands of home service providers across North America
  • Growth Strategy & Vision: Define, own, and champion a clear and compelling product-led growth strategy. Align cross-functional teams around key initiatives that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing product managers, fostering a culture of experimentation, customer obsession, data-driven decision-making, and accountability
  • Customer Obsession: Deeply understand the home services industry, our customer segments, and their biggest pain points to develop high-impact product experiences that drive measurable customer value and loyalty
  • Data & Experimentation: Champion a rigorous experimentation culture by defining clear metrics, evaluating performance, and continually optimizing experiences based on quantitative insights and qualitative feedback
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Data Science, and Design to ensure alignment, prioritize effectively, and accelerate execution
  • Execution & Accountability: Ensure the product growth organization sets ambitious yet achievable goals and consistently delivers results through rigorous prioritization and execution discipline
