You have successful experience as a Business Developer or in an equivalent position
You have an excellent knowledge of the video game market and its players (studios / publishers / etc ...)
You are recognized for your understanding of figures and your analytical skills

What the job involves

Reporting to the Sales Director and working in collaboration with various departments, your missions is broken down into 5 areas of development in order to find new levers for growth:
1- Content acquisition :
You participate in :
Scouting (trade shows, conventions, etc.)
Preparing the PnL
Negotiating terms with the partner studio, in collaboration with the Sales Director and Content Director
2- Mergers & Acquisitions:
You take part in M&A discussions and opportunities in collaboration with the Managing Director
3- Mobile strategy:
You define the mobile strategy in conjunction with the Sales Director
4- In/Out Licensing strategy:
You define the strategy in collaboration with the Sales Director
You set up and participate in First Parties, Content Platforms, etc
5- Production :
You identify and find support service partners for the Production team

The company has acquired studios such as Deck13 Interactive, StreumOn Studio, and more recently, Dotemu and its label The Arcade Crew, demonstrating a desire to integrate talents and studios with singular visions, anticipating new trends and unique gameplay.

It has also released a gaming store featuring user accounts in a push to make a dent in the digital PC gaming market and challenge competitors such as Steam and Origin. Funding is being used to purchase additional tools to finance growth activities and to acquire more studios to enrich the group’s talent pool.
