Role
Who you are
- Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential
- French language skills would be considered a strong asset
- 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex, multi-phased technical implementations or project lifecycles within a fast-paced SaaS environment
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working directly within a technical scope (REST APIs, webhooks, integration architectures, and developer documentation)
- Fluency in English is required; working proficiency or fluency in French or Spanish is an asset
- Deep API & Integration Literacy: Proven ability to read, navigate, and architect solutions using complex API documentation (Deliverect's Developer Hub), including REST APIs, webhooks, middleware systems, and token authentication
- Systems Thinker: Strong analytical aptitude with a systematic approach to evaluating end-to-end data flows, platform dependencies, and system architectures
- Troubleshooting Mindset: A naturally curious problem-solver who dives deep to uncover root causes rather than applying surface-level fixes
- Executive-Level Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders and non-technical business leaders
- Automation, Scripting & AI: Proficiency with Python and Google Apps Scripts, alongside comfort leveraging modern AI tooling to enhance productivity and problem-solving
- API Testing & Developer Tools: Hands-on experience working with API platforms and clients such as Postman and Bruno to inspect, build, and debug webhooks and endpoints
- Analytics: Experience leveraging data and monitoring tools like Looker, BigQuery, and Grafana to analyze system health, track performance metrics, and drive data-backed technical insights
- Experience in Hospitality, Retail, or E-commerce industries, along with familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) ecosystems is a strong asset

- As a Solutions Consultant at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving company growth by providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to our Enterprise clientele
- Acting as both a technical authority and a trusted business partner, you will bridge the gap between complex developer ecosystems and business operations
- You will navigate ambiguous, high-stakes environments to craft clear technical implementation paths, ensuring successful adoption across diverse business models
- Your direct engagement with executive leadership, technical teams, and internal product leadership will shape the direction of our solutions, drive continuous platform innovation, and foster long-term customer success
- Technical Scoping & Solution Architecture: Analyze complex enterprise customer workflows, translate technical requirements into scalable implementation, and lead deep-dive technical alignment sessions.
- Consultative Implementation: Wear a strategic consultant hat to guide clients beyond basic setup by recommending best ways of working, operational best practices, and optimized integration architectures tailored to business and operational needs
- C-Suite & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical advisor to both technical leads and C-suite executives, articulating technical concepts clearly and building confidence across complex, multi-phased projects
- Product & Voice of Customer (VOC) Advocacy: Work side-by-side with Product Managers and Engineering teams to share structured VOC feedback, identify product gaps, and directly influence platform roadmaps based on frontline client insights
- Defining a Path in Ambiguity: Thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments by establishing structure where steps are unclear, prioritizing critical initiatives, and resolving shifting requirements with agility
- Adoption, E2E Testing & Enablement: Guide clients through the full onboarding and adoption lifecycle by planning and executing end-to-end (E2E) systems testing, delivering tailored training programs for stakeholders, and ensuring seamless deployments
- Creative Problem Solving: Apply systems thinking and root-cause analysis to troubleshoot complex integration, middleware, and API challenges to resolution
- Continuous Improvement & Mentorship: Document and escalate platform bugs via proper channels, optimize team implementation frameworks, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of technical excellence
Our take
Restaurants typically work with a number of suppliers, but this can be hard to manage with antiquated and fragmented systems. Deliverect provides a way for companies to integrate online orders into their POS, streamlining the disparate aspects of food service and delivery onto one single platform.
Deliverect has over 10,000 customers, from household name like KFC and Taco Bell to younger restaurant chains like Dishoom. As one of many trying to capitalize on the rise in online food delivery, competition is hot. However, Deliverect has responded to this by constantly evolving and exploring migration into other sectors of hospitality.
This evolution has seen Deliverect invest in enhancing its services with more physical point of sale terminals and third-party service providers, as well as expanding into in-store management. It also acquired ChatFood, a leader in social media ordering, to solidify its already strong position and more recently, integrated with Uber Direct in Ireland to significantly expand its reach.
