Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience building GTM systems, internal automations, or revenue infrastructure in a high-growth B2B environment
- Strong technical expertise in HubSpot, including hands-on experience building workflows, data models, and integrations
- Deep, practical experience with Clay beyond basic enrichment (e.g., scoring, routing, orchestration, signal detection)
- Experience working with sales engagement and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesloft, Outreach, or 6sense
- Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Looker, Metabase, or SQL-based environments
- A builder mindset — you enjoy shipping systems, automating manual work, and iterating quickly
- Ability to translate complex GTM requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
- Comfort operating cross-functionally and autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
What the job involves
- TwelveLabs is seeking a GTM Engineering Lead to design, build, and ship the infrastructure that powers our go-to-market operations
- This is a hands-on, builder-first, and highly technical role focused on the systems, automation, and data flows that connect Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth
- You will build and operate internal GTM systems and automations across our CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment stack—ensuring accuracy, scalability, and reliability across the business
- This is a foundational opportunity to create the GTM systems and internal products that drive TwelveLabs’ next stage of growth
- As the GTM Engineering Lead, you will own and build the systems and data foundation for TwelveLabs’ go-to-market organization
- You will design and ship Clay-native workflows, manage HubSpot and our marketing automation tools, and build the automations that power GTM execution end-to-end
- Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Partnerships leadership, you will translate GTM strategy into scalable, automated systems that operate reliably in production
- Design, build, and ship HubSpot-based GTM systems, managing configuration, data structure, and workflow automation across our growing stack
- Build and own Clay-native automations that enrich, score, route, and orchestrate GTM data in real time
- Design automation that replaces manual GTM work, including routing, lifecycle management, ownership logic, enrichment, and partner attribution
- Build reliable multi-system workflows across HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft, Avoma, and Crossbeam that behave correctly in production
- Create systems where accurate reporting is a byproduct of clean workflows and data flows, not manual effort
- Prototype quickly, ship v1 systems, and iterate based on real GTM performance and adoption
- Evaluate and implement new GTM tools and integrations as we expand our AI-native revenue operations infrastructure
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Growth leadership to translate go-to-market priorities into technical systems and automations
- Build guardrails, QA processes, and self-healing workflows to maintain data quality and system reliability at scale
Our take
Developing an algorithm that can understand text or images is (relatively) straightforward. However, the challenge escalates when it comes to understanding video, where these modes merge with audio, and context becomes much harder to grasp.
Twelve Labs has developed a machine learning solution that tackles this challenge by making the inner content of videos both indexable for developers and highly searchable for users. This technology could prove immensely valuable, with use cases extending far beyond simple searchability for end users. It could be employed for more accurate monitoring of community guidelines on social media, enterprise knowledge searches, and a deeper understanding of the value of video content.
With funding under its belt, Twelve Labs is set for rapid growth. The investment will drive R&D, nearly double its workforce, and advance its video understanding technology. As it expands, Twelve Labs is well-positioned to lead the future of multimodal AI and revolutionize how organizations extract values from video content.
