Who you are
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - Basic to Intermediate

- You have worked in a tech environment before or have a strong interest in FinTech (think challenger banks, crypto and app-based investing)
What the job involves
- You’ll be responsible for monitoring the product functionality, investigating bugs, working with the CS team, and setting up queries and ad hoc data analysis whilst working alongside the product, CS, marketing and engineering teams to make sure the users are getting the best experience possible
- Action daily operational process controls and alerts
- Investigate, help diagnose and resolve issues, collaborating with the wider business
- Timely and accurately deliver regular operational tasks and processes
- Assist the wider business in providing the best customer support they can
- Pull and analyse data using SQL
- Provide data extracts, and dashboard reporting to all areas of the business, with a main focus on operational controls
- Automate and optimise controls, processes and MI

- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
