Who you are
- Ideal for a graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience, with a strong desire to move into a revenue-generating Account Management role
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets, credit or leveraged finance

- Proficiency in French or German is a plus

What the job involves
- Octus is looking for an Account Engagement Specialist to join our growing commercial team in London
- This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to build a career in account management and revenue generation
- You will own the day-to-day of a defined book of EMEA accounts on autorenewal contracts, focusing on client retention, service quality and relationship building, while working closely with our Head of EMEA Account Management
- Own the day-to-day management and support of a defined book of EMEA clients on autorenewal contracts, serving as their primary point of contact
- Handle client questions and queries promptly, including those related to services, user access, training and content
- Maintain regular client contact touchpoints and proactively schedule outreach to keep relationships active
- Think commercially about each client relationship, identifying and flagging potential cross-sell opportunities to the broader Account Management and Sales teams
- Drive high client retention across the book, working to minimise cancellations and resolve at-risk situations early
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Commercial Operations to ensure seamless client service and consistent process adherence
- Relay client feedback on product and platform experience to the product team
