Senior Manager of Product Management, EcoVadis

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on B2B products
• Experience leading high performing and international teams across multiple time zones
• Good understanding of large business dynamics, ideally around sustainability practices and responsible supply chain management
• Curious mind – naturally asks the “so what?” questions and takes the extra steps to uncover insights from the analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across multiple facets of the business and present to leadership
• Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis validation, user testing and analytics software
• Proficiency in using product analytics tools to drive decisions and product KPIs

• We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Management leader for Ulula’s product portfolio
• In this role, you will run product strategy and integrated problem solving to create exceptional value for our growing purpose-driven organization while leading the integration of Ulula’s product with the broader EcoVadis suite
• You will be responsible for partnering closely with other teams to understand their pain points, to define requirements and work with Ecovadis teams on integrated roadmaps to achieve the best-in-class stakeholder engagement technologies
• The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director - Ulula
• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our B2B SaaS offerings
• Apply human-centered design principles to develop user-friendly and customer-centric products
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Manage post-merger product integration and ensure smooth transition and alignment with company objectives
• Collaborate with Engineering, Implementation, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality products
• Utilize product analytics tools to monitor product performance and derive insights
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Manager, Designers, Analyst and Engineers
• Develop career paths and programs tailored to individual team member professional development
