Company mission

To empower teams to create the next big thing.

Role

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (planning, strategy, field operations) or Strategic Finance / FP&A
  • 2+ of experience with annual planning for Sales and/or other GTM functions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, planning tools, and forecasting tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Strong analytical skills, and experience using analytics platforms such as Looker, Tableau, etc
  • Cross-functional collaboration and team mindset

What the job involves

  • In Revenue Operations we have a simple (but not easy) mission to drive predictable, scalable, and profitable revenue growth for Miro
  • You will join a highly motivated, energetic Revenue Operations Team that takes pride in growing customer relationships, running strategic sales cycles, and delivering the Miro value proposition to a diverse base of accounts globally across all segments
  • Go-To-Market (“GTM”) Strategy & Planning team sits centrally within Revenue Operations. This role is highly cross-functional, aligning with FP&A, RevOps, GTM leadership, and Analytics to translate company-level goals into a cohesive operating plan
  • This role will be critical to driving the annual planning process, which includes target setting (e.g., ARR bookings targets, pipeline generation requirements), capacity planning, and market and territory segmentation
  • It is also responsible for building and managing the infrastructure required to measure success as part of the annual plan
  • Centralize annual planning across GTM and support RevOps partners with their field-level planning
  • Build infrastructure to support long-range and annual planning
  • Collaborate with Analytics to create effective and streamlined ways of measuring business performance
  • Work closely with FP&A to understand company-level priorities and model assumptions, and iterate collaboratively on top-line targets and resource allocation
  • Support the field with actionable, data-driven insights through quarterly and annual business reviews

Our take

Millions of employees worldwide have moved to remote working, but existing tools are holding back the potential for collaboration. Tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams already provide remote communication platforms to millions of users, but they generally compromise on features required to emulate the team collaboration experience.

Miro has created a platform that provides enterprise tools such as collaborative whiteboards and mind-map software into an accessible and integrated service. As opposed to providing an 'all-in-one' add on, Miro allows businesses to customize and integrate the tools and resources within their individual platform to cater to the team's specific requirements.

Miro’s initial strategy of offering free and discounted subscriptions and then moving to paid models has paid off. The platform currently has over 35 million users and is trusted by enterprises such as VMware, Zendesk and Frog. As part of its ongoing battle with Zoom, Miro acquired video-chat startup Around in 2022, to remain competitive in the market.
