What the job involves

As our Executive Assistant & Engagement Lead, you'll be the trusted partner to the ECS Managing Director and Leadership Team - keeping operations running smoothly while driving projects that make ECS a great place to work
This is your chance to combine organisational excellence with creativity and help shape a positive, inclusive culture
Reporting into our Managing Director of Consumer Services
Own complex diary management for senior leaders and ensure seamless scheduling
Prepare high quality reports and presentations for leadership and board meetings
Use GenAI tools to capture meeting notes, decisions, and follow-up actions
Organise team workshops, 'All Hands' events, and engagement activities that inspire connection
Lead our Great Place to Work agenda - team-building, cultural celebrations, wellness programmes, and more
Manage expense processing, purchase orders, and invoices with accuracy
