What the job involves

Be the first Sales for the UK market we just launch early 2026 !!!
After signing 10k clients in France, we launch our new country : the UK
To meet these challenges, we are recruiting the first Inside Sales UK (F/M/NB) on permanent contracts: a key position at Jump to launch our new country : the UK
You will be responsible for managing our leads and converting them into clients
You will manage the entire sales cycle, from negotiation to closing and onboarding
You will become a specialist in the freelancing market (we will train you on this!)
You will help us structure the sales activity to ensure operational excellence
You will identify new growth opportunities with the entire team
You will be able to evolve quickly with Jump by taking responsibility for a wide range of topics, where professional development opportunities will be plentiful
You will have a concrete impact on the lives of thousands of freelancers

Our take

Working as a freelancer has its positives, but it also comes without the security of employment benefits and the peace of mind they bring. Jump wants to change this, with an all-in-one platform designed to help freelancers access and manage benefits as well as run their work lives more effectively.
