Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team
- This is a full-time, remote opportunity for someone who loves research, networking, and connecting with people to help shape the future of our team
- 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment or high-growth company
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with Boolean search, X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques is a plus
- Passion for talent acquisition, employer branding, and delivering a great candidate experience
What the job involves
- Reports to: Talent Acquisition Leader
- You will partner with the Talent Acquisition leader to build diverse pipelines of high-quality candidates, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage top talent
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition leader to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels
- Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates, representing the company brand positively and professionally
- Manage candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and market insights to guide sourcing strategy
- Collaborate with the broader TA team to continuously improve sourcing processes, tools, and reporting

The sophistication of these attacks has increased in step with their prevalence. Salt Security will need to continually innovate to stop API attackers from succeeding. Its 2024 launch of Pepper, an AI-powered knowledge-based assistant for API security, is an example of how the company will facilitate wider access to its services.
