Our take
Founded by business leaders and diplomats, The Chief of Staff Association is an online network for people within the titular profession or working towards it. With a central goal of finding new ways to overcome obstacles within the Chief of Staff profession, the CSA solves complex coordination problems and accelerates economic diplomacy through its network and training platform.
The role of the Chief of Staff within businesses and government bodies is often disempowered by a gulf of education and training within the profession, as well as a lack of international or local business or government connections. Few organisations with a Chief of Staff have both international and local influence, which is where the CSA platform becomes a vital tool for networking and training.
As the largest Chief of Staff Association in the world, CSA members occupy roles across 50 countries, and its courses are available through esteemed universities, adding to its credibility.
