Senior Rust Backend Engineer, Blitz

• This role requires strong expertise in Rust programming and backend development, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with proficiency in Rust programming
• Strong knowledge of databases, including Postgres and Redis, with experience in designing and optimizing scalable database solutions
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Sentry
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS/GCP), focusing on efficient resource utilization
• Experience with low level profilers and optimizers
• Solid understanding of Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines, including tools like CircleCI
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
