Role
Who you are
- B2B Sales Leadership: 8+ years in enterprise B2B sales, including experience managing and developing mid-to-large teams in a high-growth environment
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the sales landscape, client expectations, and market nuances
- Sales Development Expertise: Proven track record of building pipeline, mapping key accounts, and driving repeatable outbound and inbound motions
- Team Management: Experience leading and scaling global teams for at least 20+ across roles like AEs, BDRs, and regional managers; strong coaching and performance management skills
- Solution Selling: Ability to uncover client needs, craft compelling value propositions, and close complex mid-to-high ACV deals
- Process Discipline: Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting, and sales operations that drive consistent execution
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on messaging, customer feedback, and market strategy
- Resourcefulness: You know how to make things happen—even with limited resources or shifting priorities
- Deep dive into details: Professionals who are not content with superficial answers and dive deeply into the details to uncover root causes and optimal solutions

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts
- You’ll drive pipeline growth, manage and grow a team of sales professionals, and play a key role in converting strategic opportunities into long-term partnerships
- You’ll bring deep knowledge of the market, strong team leadership, and the ability to understand client needs and align them with our ad infrastructure solutions
- Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, you’ll help shape and execute a winning go-to-market strategy
- Vision: Lead the commercial execution for one of our most strategic markets. You’ll help drive growth, shape our sales development strategy, and contribute to Topsort’s overall go-to-market success
- Leadership: Manage and scale a high-performing sales team (30+ and growing), focusing on coaching, accountability, and a strong team culture
- Execution: Drive complex, high-value deals by deeply understanding client needs, mapping key accounts, and positioning our ad infrastructure solutions as strategic business drivers
- Strategy: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure GTM strategies, messaging, and positioning are aligned with market needs
- Process: Optimize sales operations—including forecasting, pipeline reviews, CRM usage, and lead qualification—to ensure consistent and measurable execution
- Performance: Set and exceed aggressive sales targets by maintaining pipeline discipline, strong market insights, and consistent execution across teams
- Collaboration: Act as the focal point for the team, ensuring regional feedback informs broader company decisions and cross-functional alignment is maintained
Our take
With the likes of Meta, Amazon, and Google hosting the majority of ad campaigns, contemporary strategies can become overly complicated and lacking in owner control. Topsort has created a simple and customizable API through which users can create advertising elements like sponsored listings, banner and video ads, and control how they’re shown to potential customers.
Where the platform stands out is in its transparency and privacy-first approach - delivering a direct replacement of the “cookie” system usually used in sponsored ads. Topsort’s “clean room” is an encrypted technology that has zero-visibility into privacy data, ensuring anonymity for those being analysed.
This exciting new approach to media marketing analysis and campaign planning has turned investors' heads, at a time when data privacy is a hot topic. Topsort has enjoyed an impressive $21M in funding to date, which will it is using to scale and accelerate its growth.
