Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Anduril Industries

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field + 6 years of working experience
• OR Masters/PhD + 2 years of working experience
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch or equivalent deep learning frameworks
• Strong technical foundation in machine learning principles and algorithms with at least 2 years of experience building real-world ML systems for image processing
• Strong foundation in computer vision fundamentals, including both classical techniques and modern deep learning approaches
• Experience with the full ML development lifecycle (data preparation, model training, validation, deployment)
• An understanding of how to optimize ML models for real-time or resource-constrained environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Working closely with hardware engineers, you will translate sensor capabilities into robust ML models that perform in real-world conditions
• Your work will directly impact Anduril's ability to deliver cutting-edge defense technology, with the opportunity to identify and develop novel ML applications across our product portfolio
• Propose and prototype innovative solutions to solve real-world problems, leveraging the latest state-of-the-art techniques in the field
• Develop and maintain core ML pipelines
• Train and deploy deep learning models for real-time applications
• Develop performance metrics for ML algos
