Who you are
- To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to act with good judgment with minimal guidance

- 1-3+ years of administrative support experience and/or project management experience
- Experience managing calendars, booking travel, and processing expenses preferred
- Experience in finance or legal industries
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be in New York and able to come into office 3+ days a week
- Extensive MS Office, Google Suite, and PPT knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Bonus: industry knowledge of and interest in Cryptocurrency
What the job involves
- We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support three executives across our Strategic Opportunities and Decentralized Finance teams
- Responsibilities include managing calendars, managing the flow of information, travel arrangements, tracking expenses, meeting minutes, and ad hoc projects
- Support 3 executives and act as the point of contact among other executives, employees, clients, and external partners
- Maintain calendars and set up meetings
- Process expense reports
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Shadow meetings and record minutes
- Ad hoc projects
