Who you are
- You should possess a high level of organization/multitasking skills, and will need to maintain excellent communication with all levels of the organization and with candidates
- Availability to start in July 2024 (the sooner the better)
- Availability for a 6-month contract
- Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar high-touch administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Accurate and delightful communication style and warm and friendly interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with using a Mac, applicant tracking systems (ideally Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using the automated scheduling tool, GoodTime, is a plus
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

What the job involves
- We are in a phase of growth and are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiting Coordinator to take on all things scheduling-related
- You will be required to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and function as a scheduling subject-matter-expert within the Talent Acquisition team
- This role will start at a contract position with the possibility (should the volume of hiring and efficiency of having an RC make sense long term) to transition to a full-time role
- We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible and the project will run for 6 months (initially) with a potential to extend
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers and hiring teams ensuring a smooth and timely process
- Manage candidate communications, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Track interviewing activity in a manner that can be shared more broadly with the organization
- Work closely with the Recruiting Team, People Team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate a seamless hiring process
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
