Who you are

- Fluency in Italian and English language written and spoken, is required for this role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a science-related field (preferred: biology, nutrition, health sciences)
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media (including internships)
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is an advantage
- Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities
- Creativity, proactivity, and self-motivation
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A strong passion for health, wellness, science, and longevity
What the job involves
- As a Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be a vital member of our Growth team and responsible for building strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors across Europe, particularly within Italian-speaking markets
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in the health, wellness, beauty, and longevity niches
- Develop and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to contract negotiation, content briefing, and reporting
- Support the creative team in the development of influencer content aligned with Avea’s premium and science-backed positioning
- Monitor influencer content to ensure quality and brand compliance
- Analyze and report on influencer campaign performance, providing insights and optimization suggestions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talents, and new platforms
- Support cross-functional initiatives across paid social, partnerships, and community-building efforts
- Contract Type: This position is available under either a B2B (freelance/contractor) agreement or a standard employment contract, depending on the candidate’s preference and legal eligibility. We are flexible in structuring the engagement to suit mutual needs

Following the conclusion of its extended seed funding round in mid-2023, Avea is investing heavily in accelerating its growth throughout Europe and the UK as well as establishing itself in the APAC region. On the subject of the latter, Avea is growing particularly popular in China, where it is securing key marketing deals.
With the global longevity market being worth $8 trillion, Avea hopes to play a significant role in the future of the industry
