Head of Internal Communications, Eventbrite

• 10+ years internal communications experience preferably at a fast-growing tech company
• Exceptional writer and storyteller
• Proven success working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
• Creative thinker with innovative ideas on to best engage and unite our global Briteling community
• Ability to work well under pressure and communicate clearly
• Experience hiring, managing and leading teams
• Experience in crisis communications and human resources-related issues

Desirable

• Reports to the Chief Communications Officer
• Build an engaging internal communications strategy that helps us achieve our company goals and further grow the company culture
• Strategize and creatively produce weekly broadcast company town hall and quarterly meetings intentionally designed to engage a remote global workforce
• Prepare and execute internal fireside chats, product and strategy launches, and other major company initiatives to employees
• Partner with and advise Eventbrite’s CEO and other senior executives on messaging and best practices for engaging employees
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and help develop and implement innovative solutions
• Collaborate with our Human Resources team and business leaders to help facilitate organizational changes and respond to employee feedback
• Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect company perception and reputation
• Partner with a cross-functional team to create written and visual content that tells our employer brand story
