Office Administrator, CADDi

• You’ve had 3-5 years of experience in office administration under your belt, preferably in a startup or small company environment
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills. Strong email management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust internally and externally
• You would call yourself proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized
• You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Drivers Licence

• Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Oversee the ordering and stocking of kitchen supplies
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness
• Manage office calendar and schedule meetings
• Assist with onboarding new employees (pre-start communication, technical setup, first-day support)
• Help manage administrative tasks regarding company vehicles
• Plan and execute office events, including lunches, celebrations, and team-building activities
• Manage employee birthdays and anniversaries
• Assist with company-wide meetings and events
• Provide administrative support to various teams as needed
• Car maintenance management
• Manage documentation and follow-up for bi-weekly All-Hands meetings
• Assist with expense report processing and compliance
• Potentially assist with recruiting efforts (e.g., scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication) and executive administration for the leadership team
