Role
Who you are
- 1–3 years’ experience in partnerships, account management, client success, or a related role
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills - confident with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail
- Comfortable working with data and reporting on performance
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Desirable
- An understanding of APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience in working with mass participation events and or charity fundraising
- Experience with conversion funnels and driving CRM performance
What the job involves
- Manage and nurture national and international relationships with major partners like Tough Mudder, RunThrough, Spartan and other household names
- Ensure all partner deliverables are met on time and to a high standard
- Be an originator and driver of initiatives designed to increase partnership value
- Oversee the effective implementation and ongoing management of partnerships, optimising for performance, efficiency and impact
- Analyse and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless partner experiences
- Be the go-to contact for partners, ensuring they always feel supported and valued
