Senior Finance Manager, Finary

• Have previous experience in a similar role at a scale-up (full-time or consulting) and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Possess strong financial acumen, turning complex data into actionable business insights
• Are proactive in solving financial challenges and comfortable with shifting priorities
• Excel at cross-functional collaboration and can work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners
• Have deep knowledge of SaaS and banking business models, fintech regulations, and key financial metrics
• Can align financial strategy with rapid scaling objectives, balancing long-term vision with immediate operational needs

• Own financial strategy & planning: Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s rapid scaling from €5M ARR to €50M ARR, ensuring financial stability and growth
• Ensure financial visibility & runway: Maintain a 12-month cash runway through improved cash flow management, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Lead financial reporting & forecasting: Deliver monthly financial reporting within 10 days of month-end with 100% accuracy, ensuring precision in financial modeling, budgeting, and decision-making
• Optimize financial operations & controls: Implement efficient financial processes and scalable systems to support high-growth operations while maintaining cost efficiency
• Ensure regulatory & risk compliance: Manage regulatory adherence, financial risks, audits, and banking relationships, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Drive business insights & profitability: Analyze key SaaS and fintech metrics, providing actionable recommendations to leadership to improve performance and long-term financial health
