• Familiarity with IT systems management, role-based access control, or grant application processes

• A proactive problem-solver who identifies inefficiencies and takes initiative to implement improvements
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders and foster collaboration

• Deliver a standout onboarding experience for new hires, helping them hit the ground running and feel at home with our values and culture
• Keep our HR operations seamless by managing employee records, updating handbooks, managing our HRIS system and compiling engagement survey insights
• Business Administration Support
• Be the backbone of our operations by centralising information management, providing ad-hoc admin support and organising unforgettable company events and team-building activities
• Take the lead on grant application processes, tackle inefficiencies, and handle ad-hoc tasks like a pro
• Systems & Tools Management
• Keep our tech ecosystem humming by managing hardware, software installations, and robust cybersecurity practices
• Continuously refine operational tools and systems, becoming the go-to expert for troubleshooting and improvement
• Project Coordination
• Collaborate across teams to drive projects forward, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are on point
