Our take
EverGive is a giving platform that aims to disrupt traditional fundraising by building a Bitcoin-powered reserve to benefit charities in the long term. Unlike platforms focused on short-term donations, EverGive works with Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) to invest contributions for the long term, creating a sustainable source of discretionary grants or eligible charities. This model is designed to reduce charities' reliance on constant fundraising and provide them with greater financial resilience over time.
Positioned within the wider charity-tech market, EverGive stands out by combining established charitable structures with innovative investment approaches. While many platforms focus on immediate campaign-based fundraising, EverGive's approach appeals to donors and charities who want to support causes in a way that is both transparent and built for long-term impact. It's partnered with high-profile organisations like Save the Children, Amnesty International and the United Nations, reflecting the success of its impact.
Moving forward, EverGive plans to focus on the long-term sustainability of its partners, spreading its donations across an increasingly diversified portfolio. It's also focusing on growth to position its pioneering donation system as a global movement.

Company benefits
- 🧠What you get We do all the usual stuff, like sick days (6 days), annual leave (25 days), full healthcare etc, but here is what makes us stand out:
- A seriously high-performing team This is the ultimate perk we have to offer. You’ll work with people who are obsessive, care an unreasonable amount, move fast, argue well, ship, and own outcomes. No coasting, no hiding, no politics. If you do your best work around other obsessed builders, you’ll feel at home.
- Generous equity We pride ourselves on offering up to triple the equity ownership of other companies our size. We believe teams who endure the hard times should enjoy the good times. If Evergive works and you’re playing the long game, this can be genuinely life-changing for your future.
- Enough cash to remove the distraction Sensible, competitive pay. Not inflated or VC-cosplay. We bias heavily toward long-term upside over short-term optimisation. We pay market-rate salaries and over-index on equity.
- Your life’s most proud work You’re building infrastructure that outlives us. If this works, your grandchildren will know what you built. If that excites you, good. If not, this probably isn’t your place.
