In Germany, approximately 23 million properties are in poor energy conditions, resulting in the emission of 70 million tons of CO2 each year, presenting a significant environmental challenge that must be addressed. Enter, a Berlin-based startup formerly known as Baupal, is taking on this challenge by offering an online building application service that leverages digital processes and efficient stream structures to streamline the entire design, planning, and permitting process.
Traditional energy assessments are too slow and are now failing to meet the high climate goal demands. Enter offers a quick digital survey that provides a transparent assessment of the energy status of customers' buildings within minutes. This innovative approach enables Enter to provide efficient and effective energy assessments at scale, helping to accelerate progress towards a more sustainable future.
