Who you are
- A builder who wants to do more than optimize, and enjoys bringing new products to market and driving meaningful products changes
- Well versed in all elements of product development, from ideation all the way through to testing and validation
- A strong communicator who can engage a team and bring along the broader organization
- Analytically minded and comfortable investigating and leveraging data to validate and inform strategy

- Ownership minded, with a strong bias for action
- 4+ years of product background, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplaces with proven track record of success
- Demonstrated experience successfully owning objective improvements in revenue, user growth, engagement, or other metrics
- An ownership mentality, with the ability to develop and execute product initiatives, and make hard prioritization decisions that drives business results
- Strong technical acumen, and are capable of leveraging modern technologies in product designs
- Experience across product management lifecycle - identifying opportunities, defining a roadmap, developing business cases, driving execution activities, and measuring results
- Analytical horsepower and a natural curiosity
- A customer focus that leverages qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize work and iterate on products
What the job involves
- As Senior Product Manager, you’ll drive strategy, define success and lead a group of engineers, designers, analysts and more
- Defining and communicating a product strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals
- Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and operational teams to break down and prioritize customer needs, and scope and define detailed product requirements
- Conducting in-depth analysis to formulate compelling business cases for new product ideas
- Managing and owning the entire product lifecycle, from ideation, to launch, to end-of-life

The platform allows millions of users each month to view open appointment times with doctors, book instantly online, read verified reviews, and keep up-to-date with checkups. The platform works for both in-person and virtual care – the latter of which has seen a substantial increase in demand. Zocdoc is one of the few companies tackling these problems in healthcare.
The company has solidified its position in the SaaS space, in part by forming partnerships with companies such as WellHive, a leader in digital care, to drive healthcare support for veterans. Going forward, Zocdoc will continue to invest in its platform to optimize its services for its users.
