- Founder-like Operator → Proven ability to take ideas from roadmap to execution in ambiguous environments. Former / Current founders welcome

- User Obsession & Insights-driven Mindset → Deep empathy for clients and passion for translating insights into product decisions
- Fintech Experience / Acumen → Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and user behavior in the space. Experience in a regulated industry is a plus
What the job involves
- You will be the only PM at our company - the central node of how we execute cross-functionally. You’ll be the first, or “founding” PM for Titan’s RIA. So it goes without saying that you should have exceptional PM skills that can thrive in a super fast-paced, complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- We’re looking for people who’ve had similar experiences in their past. An ex-founder background is a plus; so is building complex things zero to one from scratch a part of a high performing team. What matters most is that you bring energy, ownership, attention to detail, strong communication, and a high bar to everything you touch
- In light of the above, this is not a “maintain and optimize” product role; it’s an “all-hands-on-deck,” “zero-to-one” seat. As Titan’s Product Manager, you will:
- Live at the center of our execution motion ensuring that all projects & stakeholders are focused, on track, unblocked, and cohesively organized
- Partner deeply with all teams (Engineering, Design, Wealth Advisory, Client Experience, Investment Management) teams to turn our roadmap into documentation, prototypes, and products that ship
- Ensure we systematically incorporate client feedback & data religiously into our execution motion and product bets
- Help launch new products and features that rapidly validate or invalidate hypotheses
- Drive a culture where speed, courage, and experimentation are balanced with rigor, empathy, and a commitment to excellence
Our take
Titan is an investment management platform designed to help everyday investors, particularly millennials, manage their portfolios with ease and lower capital requirements. The company offers a unique approach to investing by providing access to sophisticated investment strategies traditionally reserved for large investors.
The platform works by analyzing the holdings of large hedge funds and selecting the top 20 stocks based on their performance. Titan then invests users' funds in fractional shares of these stocks, allowing for a diversified portfolio with a starting investment as low as $1,000.
While comparisons to Robinhood are often made, Titan sets itself apart by offering access to both individual stocks and professionally managed portfolios. Beyond just trading, Titan also provides valuable market insights in the form of reports, videos, and notifications, helping users make informed decisions. With millennials increasingly seeking alternatives to traditional financial institutions, Titan's platform has gained significant traction, now managing over $750M in assets.
