What the job involves

Sitting within the global CRM team and reporting to the CRM Manager, the crucial purpose of this role is to take ownership of Brompton’s email automations across global markets to drive performance in line with business goals
You will play a vital role in developing and implementing a customer lifecycle plan to deliver targeted content to our owners and prospective audiences across the UK, US, Europe and APAC markets
Own automations within the CRM team
Develop and build automations at key touch points across key markets
Work with local marketing teams and stakeholders to plan tailored content
Develop and report on testing plans to improve email automation performance
Provide monthly reports and insights on automation performance
Implement and understand data management within our platform
Stay on top of email trends and topics to work towards best-in-class content
